Besthway Waste Paper Deinking Enzyme is developed by Besthway Technology with modern genetic engineering, microbe fermentation and advanced post-process technology. It can lubricate the fiber, hydrolyze the grease, make the connection between the ink and fiber become loose, easy to separate, and improve the production process.

Product Functions

1. It could hydrolyze oil and grease, make the lipid bond in waste paper break, so that the connection between ink and fiber becomes loose and easy to separate;

2. It could enhance the deinking ability and reduce the dosage of deinking chemical drugs;

3. It could improve the water filtration of deinking pulp and increase the strength of pulp;

4. It could reduce the dosage of chemical drugs and reduce pollution.

Application Scheme

1. Recommended dosage: 0.10-0.20kg/T of paper pulp. It could be added in the hydra pulper, either continuously or intermittently. Acting time is more than 45 minutes;

2. Depending on the production system and raw materials, the adding place and amount can be adjusted accordingly.

Package and Storage

Solid Product: 25kg/bag       Liquid Product: 30L/barrel.    

It should be stored under dry, ventilated and protected from light at 25℃, with a shelf life of 18 months for solid product and 12 months for liquid product from the date of production. The shelf life could be extended when refrigerated at 5℃.

Note

1. After opening the bag or barrel, it should be tightly tied or the lid tightened to avoid moisture or contamination;

2. Do not inhale. If inhaled, rinse mouth immediately with water for at least 15 minutes;

3. People who are sensitive to enzyme dust should wear one-piece overalls, dust masks and gloves when operating. If contact with skin or eyes occurs, please rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
